Corralejo is located in the north of Fuerteventura and is the most popular market for property sales. The town is progressively expanding due to demand and there is a very broad selection of property on the market.

Caleta de Fuste is located a few kilometres south of Fuerteventuras airport. There is one main beach and some other nice built beaches in front of the new shopping centre.

Caleta de Fuste property
The town is located only a few minutes south from Fuerteventura airport.
There are beaches, golf courses, cinemas and a large shopping centre.
Property in Caleta de Fuste is spread across three geographical areas, that of the main town, a hillside just inland from the town and the golf course.
Each area has its own advantages and a viewing trip around all the areas to locate your ideal apartment, villa or house is recomended.
Corralejo property
Corralejo is at the northern tip of Fuerteventura. This is the most established property investment area for British buyers in Fuerteventura. The town has many areas to buy apartments or villas. There is the town area which is centrally located only walking distance from the main high street with all of its many shops, banks, chemists, bars and restaurants. Further inland are some great developments with very competitively priced properties.
There are many amazing beaches in and around Corralejo and great water sports facilities including world class surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing. The town has an almost Carribean kind of layed back style which proves very relaxing and has a magnetic attraction.
La Pared is a little known town down on the south west coast. It is very unspoilt and beautiful. There is a small surf beach and some great properties overlooking the sea.
