This feature allows you to search our extensive database of property for sale. By entering the property search
feature through one of the area specific sections, you can restrict your search to only that area, and
have access to a list of all the locations available within it. You are able to filter your searches by
Property Type, Number of Bedrooms and Price. You can then
view full details of each property shown together with contact information for the selling agent.
Agent Search
This page offers you the ability to search our database of Estate Agents in Spain. Once an
Agents details have been selected you are able to view all properties currently listed for that agent, as well
as all their contact details.
Property Finder
If you cannot find a property suitable for your needs within our database, you can complete the form on this
page and we will send you details of suitable properties, as they become available.
Useful Services
If you are looking for services such as shipping, transportation of pets, landscaping or building,
then you should check out this section of the website.
Investment
Many people look to buy property for investment purposes, and this section deals with issues that may be of interest
to those of you considering doing so. It deals with issues such as potential property income, expenditure and potenetial pitfalls
to watch out for.

This particular page deals with some of the general issues concerning mortgages on overseas property.
