Details

This is a genuine 13th Century Spanish Castle, the original part of the main building dates to 1250 with the remainder being built in 1360.

It was originally built as a defence post to protect Alicante against the Moors and was later used as a monastery until the outbreak of the Spanish Civil War.

The castillo was bought and restored by the current owner in 1974.

The price includes some furniture.

The castle is only 7 Km from the centre of Alicante, 15 Km from Alicante airport and only 4 Km from the beautiful beaches of San Juan.
