Freedom Media was formed in February 2001, and is run from our Costa Teguise based office. Our property portal www.freedom4sale.com goes hand in hand with our bi monthly magazine Freedom 4 Sale & is considered the one stop shop when looking for property in the Canary Islands.

The team consists of carefully chosen individuals, all with design & advertising backgrounds that have helped retain our position as the No 1 property portal for the Canary Islands

The Team

Lynne Robinson
Co-director. Sales manager
Born in London, Lynne attended Kingston University in Surrey and went on to work in advertising sales for UK Press Gazette, Express Newspapers and Elle magazine. After living in Alicante and studying Spanish Literature for a number of years, she eventually came to Lanzarote in 2000 to set up Freedom4Sale with co director Paul Sully.

Paul Sully
Co-director
After graduating from the London College of Printing Paul went into the printing industry. Achieved a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree from Plymouth University in Psychology. Arriving in Lanzarote Paul sought a new challenge in starting the Canary Islands first specialist property magazine.

Robert Carroll
Design/production/web
Self trained,Rob has worked in graphics for over 18 years. His disciplines cover every aspect of the industry from traditional print to interactive media, motion graphics and architectural visualization. Rob was a founding partner in Air Creative Communications in London and has been based back in Lanzarote for the last 7 years

Graham McDowell
Editor
Graham has spent eight years in The canary Islands and has been directly involved in Real Estate on the Islands for much of that time in addition to writing and editing the Freedom for Sale magazine for over two years. Previously he wrote, directed and produced TV commercials and videos for many national and international companies.

Stephanie Buchanan
Design
Stephanie studied textile design at the University of Wolverhampton, then ‘fell’ into graphics after marrying a graphic designer! She came to Lanzarote in 1998 and together with her husband, runs a successful graphics and signwriting business. Stephanie works as a freelance designer for Freedom Media.

Hilary Klart
Accounts
Hilary although born in Buckinghamshire in England, has lived most of her life in Australia. Before arriving in Lanzarote where she married a local politician, she worked at KPMG in Sidney. Hilary is now in charge of accounts at Freedom Media
